The design chosen for this balcony rail was loosely based upon an Art Deco styled panel which was originally exhibited in the Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes, held in Paris in 1925. We were thrilled to be able to execute a design with such complexity and refinement. Repoussé medallions, hand hammered blackened bronze panels, and corrugated texture scrolls were all meticulously pieced together using a combination of traditional and modern techniques. Installed with a crane on a curved steel platform this railing is displayed on the 2nd story of a prominent building located on Main Street in Patchogue Village, NY.
